DINA Food Processing is a pioneer Food Processing Company aiming to enhance its position as a leader in the food and feed processing industry in Ethiopia. Established in 2019, DINA Food Processing has rapidly expanded its operations, focusing on high-quality flour products and animal feed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and maintain long-term business plans and financial models.

    • Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to senior management.

    • Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Manufacturing-Specific Financial Management:

    • Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

    • Provide financial analysis to support operational decisions, such as resource allocation and investment in new technologies.

    • Monitor cash flow and manage capital expenditures related to manufacturing operations.

  • Accounting and Reporting:

    • Oversee daily financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and statements, preparing them in accordance with regulations.

    • Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and other financial regulations.

Duty Station: Adama.

Job Requirements

  • Required Educational Attainment: MA/MBA/BA 

  • Education: Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related fields. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years for Masters or 8 years for Degree relevant experience.

  • Language Skill: It is advantageous if the candidate have proficiency of English Language apart from Ethiopian Local Languages.

  • Skill: Proficient Computer Microsoft Office and other Financial Soft wares

  • Sex: Female or Male
