SNFD Bakery PLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to drive our financial operations and lead our accounting department. This role is focused on department management, financial control, and ERP optimization. The successful candidate will ensure our company portfolio is managed with high precision while leveraging CNET ERP to its full potential.

Job Requirement

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Accounting or Finance with related field of study.

• Certification: IFRS training Certificate

• Software mastery: Expert-level knowledge of ERP is mandatory.

Experience: Seven years and above experience as a Finance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Department Management: Lead and mentor a team of accountants. Review all ledger entries, reconciliations, and payroll to ensure 100% accuracy.

• CNET ERP Super-User: Act as the primary administrator for the CNET ERP system. You will optimize appropriate modules and ensure the system is providing up to date report.

• IFRS Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following IFRS.

• Internal Controls: Maintain and audit internal controls following the internal procedures

·        High-level financial planning, debt sourcing, and analyzing the ROIs when needed.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide the CEO with monthly "Budget vs. Actual" variance analysis.

Technical Knowledge: understanding of IFRS and Ethiopian Commercial Code/Tax Laws and other technical knowledge is mandatory.
