We are looking for a reliable and experienced Finance Manager to take the lead on all financial operations for our sister company. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting team members handling payables, receivables, tax, payroll, and inventory costing.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.

• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closings.

•  Monitor daily cash flow and coordinate banking operations.

• Manage and oversee invoice processing, collections, and supplier payments.

• Prepare financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

• Provide budget performance reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts to management.

• Monitor manufacturing costs and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

• Assist in annual budget planning and tracking.

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and industry-specific financial regulations.

• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding tax).

• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for financial and tax audits.

• Maintain secure and organized records of all financial documents and transactions.

• Guide and support junior accountants and finance clerks.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.

• Train accounting team members in new procedures, financial tools, and internal controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting management. Proven track record in a senior role overseeing large-scale budgets and diverse cost centers.

• Specific experience in  rental property management or industrial accounting is strongly preferred. 

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
