ZAMG Business PLC, established on agro industry comprising of dairy processing, poultry and fattening project in Oromia Regional state, west Shewa zone, Elu Woreda, Teji town Administration. qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. The position involves managing budgets, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic decisionmaking to drive organizational growth and sustainability
Systems, Technology & Controls
Develop and implement finance manuals, strategies, policies, and ERP/digital systems aligned with Apex’s mission.
Digitize inventory, receivables, payables, and cash‐flow tracking for real‐time visibility.
Oversee integration of QuickBooks (finance) with ERP (inventory & production) to ensure accurate real‐time reporting.
Build dashboards and automated reporting for management and Board‐level oversight. Strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud, revenue leakage, and financial risk.
Financial Management & Reporting
Take ownership full financial reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Present financial analysis and scenario planning directly to the CEO to influence strategic decisions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
Monitor and improve profitability of SKUs, distribution channels, and overall operations.
Cash‐flow & Working Capital
Ensure disciplined cash‐flow management with proactive forecasting.
Optimize use of credit, loans and overdraft facilities.
Develop strategies to strengthen liquidity and working capital efficiency.
Tax, Compliance & Audits Oversee all tax compliance (VAT, Excise, Withholding, Salary, Pension, Profit‐Tax).
Represent with ERCA and during audits, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Banking & External Relations
Act as lead contact with banks for loan applications, overdraft renewals, and collateral reporting. Negotiate favorable terms with banks, suppliers, and regulators to support scaling plans.
Ensure proper management of import‐related documentation and FOREX requests.
Engage with suppliers, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.
Costing, Pricing & Strategic Advisory Maintain accurate real‐time product costing models
Provide profitability analysis per SKU and channel to guide pricing strategy.
Advise CEO on investment, cost‐reduction, and scaling strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations for investment and scaling strategies.
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage senior and junior accountant(s) and stock accountant(s), while coordinating with finance teams in sister companies.
Develop staff capacity to ensure redundancy and reduce dependency on single individuals.
Foster cross‐department collaboration with Sales, HR, and Production
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred).
Experience: 10 years and above at least 3 years of managerial experience.

.Skill/Training:
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) & IFRS Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Peachtree
Proficiency in QuickBooks/ERP and Excel; experience designing dashboards and automating processes.
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred).
10+ years in FMCG/manufacturing finance with proven experience in systemization and scaling. 10.Description:
Responsibilities include recorded sales in Peachtree accounting and declaring sales to MOR after reconciling the transactions with warehouse.
Analyze input costing that are to be used for stock and cost of sales recordings.
Follow-up any price changes with regard company’s sales of products.
Reconciles manually raw materials and finished goods Physical Count with Records and prepare ministry of revenue report on stocks & price.
Prepare and Issues monthly statements , accounts debtors and creditors
Combines analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Ensures accuracy and effectiveness in all of accounting tasks.
Takes ownership of reporting from cost productivity margins all the way down to expenditures.
Prepare draft financial Statements for FM review
