Role Summary: Responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
Reports to: CEO
Manage daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
Support tax filings, payroll processing, and audit processes.
Maintain records of vendor payments, receivables, and expense claims.
Ensure compliance with local financial laws and company policies.
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role; startup or logistics experience is a plus.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Peachtree, QuickBooks).
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
