Department: Finance & Administration
The Finance Personnel is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization by handling accounting records, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. This role contributes to effective financial management, transparency, and decision-making within the organization.
1. Financial Record Keeping & Accounting
Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts, journals, and supporting documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Budgeting & Financial Planning
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
Support management in financial planning and cost control.
3. Cash & Treasury Management
Handle daily cash flow management, including payments and receipts.
Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash.
Ensure timely settlement of accounts payable and collection of receivables.
4. Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal policies.
Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory reports.
Support both internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare periodic financial reports for management decision-making.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
6. Administrative & Coordination
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and HR for financial-related matters.
Maintain proper filing systems for financial records.
Support other departments with financial data when required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
