The Finance System Management function is responsible for ensuring that the Company's ERP and other finance-related information systems effectively support financial operations, accounting, treasury, project finance, procurement, sales, budgeting and management reporting.

The function acts as the finance business owner for system functionality and processes, ensuring that financial data is accurate, secure, integrated and available on a timely basis, while continuously improving automation, system efficiency and user experience.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent, as well as ERP certification, are an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Business Systems

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platforms

• Experience in ERP implementation, integration, testing, or automation

• Experience in a complex organization is preferred

• Real estate or construction experience is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

Finance Systems Management

• Own Finance functionality within the ERP and related systems.

• Translate Finance needs into system solutions and improvements.

ERP Implementation & Enhancement

• Lead Finance ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and enhancement

• Coordinate Finance integration with key business functions.

Process Automation

• Identify and implement Finance process automation and digitalization opportunities.

• Drive process simplification and standardization.

Data & System Controls

• Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation.

• Ensure system accuracy, integrity, and effective controls.

System Support & Improvement

• Coordinate with IT and system providers on support and enhancements.

• Maintain system documentation and drive continuous improvement.
