Terms of Employment: One Year contract with possibility of Extension

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Software: Maintain Peachtree records, bank reconciliations, and asset registers.

• Audit & IPSAS: Lead Annual IPSAS-based institutional audits and all project-specific audits.

• Payroll & Tax: Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely statutory tax settlements.

• Financial Management: Produce project budget utilization reports and maintain internal control systems.

• Operations: Oversee transparent beneficiary/supplier selection and support procurement, logistics, and admin duties.

• Supervision: Coordinate Head Office and Project Office financial document and record submissions.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Above 5 years NGO experience in IPSAS, Peachtree, and Ethiopian Tax Law.

• Strong leadership, Reporting and Documentation skills and proficiency in Accounting Software (Peachtree).
