Job Summery
FELM Ethiopia is seeking a qualified, motivated, and experienced professional for the position of Finnpartnership Project Officer & Regional Peace and Reconciliation Advisor. The role combines responsibilities in coordinating Finnpartnership-related projects and partnerships (50%) with providing technical and advisory support on regional peacebuilding and reconciliation initiatives (50%).
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Political Science, Sociology, Business Administration, or related fields of study.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, peacebuilding, reconciliation, development cooperation, partnership coordination, or related areas.
Language Requirement: Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
Salary: Gross 850 Euro

Duties & Responsibilities
Finnpartnership Project Officer (50%)
Coordinate and support Finnpartnership-related projects and activities.
Strengthen collaboration with private sector actors, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor project implementation, reporting, budgeting, and documentation.
Facilitate communication between local and international partners.
Support proposal development, project planning, and partnership management.
Regional Peace and Reconciliation Advisor (50%)
Provide technical support on peacebuilding and reconciliation initiatives across the region.
Advise partners on conflict-sensitive programming and community engagement.
Conduct assessments, trainings, and capacity-building activities.
Support advocacy and dialogue initiatives promoting peace and social cohesion.
Prepare analytical reports, recommendations, and program updates.
