Get-As International Plc. is a dynamic organization engaged in Real estate, Trading and Cross border transport. We are seeking a motivated Fleet Management Support to join our dynamic team.

  • The Fleet Management Support, assists in the day-to-day operation and assist maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, record-keeping, supporting maintenance schedules, coordinating vehicle availability, and ensuring all fleet activities are conducted efficiently and safely. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily checking and monitoring of vehicle conditions (fuel levels, tire pressure, damage, and cleanliness).

  • Support the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles as per operational needs.

  • Perform basic inspections and minor maintenance (e.g., checking fluids, lights, tires) before and after trips.

  • Coordinate routine servicing and urgent repairs with workshops and service providers.

  • Track maintenance schedules and notify the Fleet Manager when service is due.

  • Transport vehicles to and from repair shops, inspection centers, or registration authorities as needed.

  • Maintain accurate vehicle logs, inspection reports, fuel usage records, and maintenance histories.

  • Help update driver and vehicle documentation (licenses, registration papers, insurance certificates).

  • Support in filing accident or incident reports and follow up on insurance claims.

  • Ensure that vehicles are properly equipped with necessary safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, spare tires).

  • Report vehicle defects, driver complaints, or any incidents immediately to the Fleet Supervisor.

  • Support enforcement of driver compliance with fleet policies and safe driving practices.

  • Assist in conducting inventory counts of fleet-related equipment (tools, accessories, fuel cards).

  • Help organize the parking, storage, and cleanliness of vehicles.

  • Assist in emergency fleet support activities during breakdowns, accidents, or logistics surges.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications.

  • Basic understanding of vehicle operation and routine maintenance requirements.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar fleet, transport, or logistics support role.

  • Ability to drive light and/or heavy vehicles (valid driver's license appropriate to vehicle type).

Skills:

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage physical tasks (lifting, inspecting, moving vehicles) as part of daily duties.

  • Basic computer skills for logging information (Excel, Word).
