Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and transmit reliable messages,

  • Track vehicles and equipment,

  • Record other important information

  • Oversee the planning operations of dispatching by coordinating different modes of transport Manage the transportation process end-to-end,

  • Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports.

  • Computer skill: Microsoft office Professional level   

  • Collateral: All employee are required to submit effective/valid collateral 

Job Requirement:

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or in a related field of study.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transportation sales or related industries.

  • Solid understanding of the transportation and logistics sector.
