You will act as the financial guardian of our F&B operations, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure financial discipline and maximize profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor all F&B costs, including food, beverage, and labor.

• Conduct regular cost audits and menu engineering analysis.

• Manage inventory controls and conduct spot checks.

• Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management.

• Analyze purchasing practices and negotiate with suppliers.

• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an F&B Controller or Cost Controller.

•  Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.

• Excellent understanding of F&B operations and cost structures
