Position:
Organization: Wanchi Tour and Travel PLC
You will act as the financial guardian of our F&B operations, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure financial discipline and maximize profitability.
Monitor all F&B costs, including food, beverage, and labor.
Conduct regular cost audits and menu engineering analysis.
Manage inventory controls and conduct spot checks.
Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management.
Analyze purchasing practices and negotiate with suppliers.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an F&B Controller or Cost Controller.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Excellent understanding of F&B operations and cost structures
