CRYSTAL GOURMET bar and restaurant is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and experienced Food & Beverage professional to oversee and support the smooth operation of its food and beverage activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, efficient operations, quality standards, and effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the daily operation of the Food & Beverage outlet.

• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

• Supervise and coordinate F&B team members during daily operations.

• Monitor service standards and respond professionally to customer concerns.

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product usage.

• Support cost-control initiatives and revenue-generation activities.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

• Coordinate with finance, procurement, operations, and other departments.

• Monitor daily sales and operational performance.

• Prepare relevant operational reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and F&B profitability.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations at a supervisory or mid-level capacity.

• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and cost control.

• Good leadership and team-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Experience with POS systems and daily sales reporting is an advantage.
