Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in hospitality industry. 

Job Competencies:

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting routine quality inspections and checks.

• Monitor daily production/service processes to ensure standards are met.

• Identify defects and report non-conformities to the supervisor.

• Maintain quality control records and documentation.

• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
