Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and execute video shoots in the office, on construction sites, properties, and during company events.

  • Operate and manage digital cameras, phones, lighting, and audio equipment.

  • Capture high-quality video and audio with proper framing, lighting, and clarity.

  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to storyboard and conceptualize video content for weekly social media activities.

  • Edit raw footage into polished, creative video outputs, including trimming, sequencing, color grading, transitions, music, graphics, titles, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects while keeping up with current trends

  • Deliver weekly video projects ahead of deadlines

  • Maintain proper organization of media files, backups, and project assets.

  • Adapt and format final deliverables for various platforms and formats (social media, web, broadcast, etc.).

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, design, and editing software.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography, Computer Science, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in videography/camera operation and video editing (portfolio or demo reel required).

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

  • Strong technical ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

  • Excellent visual composition, storytelling ability, pacing, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Creative and innovative mindset.
