Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and execute video shoots in the office, on construction sites, properties, and during company events.
Operate and manage digital cameras, phones, lighting, and audio equipment.
Capture high-quality video and audio with proper framing, lighting, and clarity.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to storyboard and conceptualize video content for weekly social media activities.
Edit raw footage into polished, creative video outputs, including trimming, sequencing, color grading, transitions, music, graphics, titles, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects while keeping up with current trends
Deliver weekly video projects ahead of deadlines
Maintain proper organization of media files, backups, and project assets.
Adapt and format final deliverables for various platforms and formats (social media, web, broadcast, etc.).
Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, design, and editing software.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography, Computer Science, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in videography/camera operation and video editing (portfolio or demo reel required).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
Strong technical ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Excellent visual composition, storytelling ability, pacing, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Creative and innovative mindset.
