We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team. We are seeking candidates who are willing to work at our company located in Buie (Butajira). Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: No prior work experience required (fresh graduates only).

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in engineering projects, operations, and technical tasks.
Support senior engineers in design, analysis, and implementation activities.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and data analysis.
Learn and apply engineering principles in real work environments.
Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement tasks.
Follow safety standards, procedures, and company guidelines.
Collaborate with team members on assigned engineering activities.
