We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team. We are seeking candidates who are willing to work at our company located in Buie (Butajira). Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: No prior work experience required (fresh graduates only).

• Assist in engineering projects, operations, and technical tasks.

• Support senior engineers in design, analysis, and implementation activities.

• Participate in site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations.

• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement tasks.
