Job Summary

Minaye PLC is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Developer Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exactly 2 years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development. You will be responsible for delivering complete, functional software solutions independently while working under tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or with related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full stack development (both frontend & backend).

• Quantity Required: 2

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications across the entire stack (frontend and backend).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for maximum performance and reliability.

• Present technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders when required.

• Work independently to manage tasks and meet strict project timelines.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).

• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or Java (Spring Boot).

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Version Control: Git/GitHub.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.

• Proven problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
