Bridge artistry, engineering, and manufacturing to create furniture that blends uncompromising aesthetics with factory-ready precision. You’ll be the critical link between clients, innovation, and production—ensuring every design elevates our brand while optimizing costs, materials, and timelines.

Lead end-to-end design of bespoke furniture/interiors from concept sketches to production-approved technical packages (2D/3D CAD, material specs, BOMs).
Pioneer design standardization systems for repeatable excellence across projects.
Collaborate directly with R&D to test new materials, joinery techniques, and sustainable alternatives.
Develop digital prototyping workflows to accelerate design-to-factory handoffs.
Conduct laser-precise site measurements; resolve spatial conflicts with architectural problem-solving.
Partner with production teams to design for manufacturability (DFM)—eliminating waste without compromising creativity.
Contribute to building the Design & Innovation Hub’s methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Mentor junior designers in architectural drafting standards.
Required Expertise:
Education: -Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture (mandatory) + additional qualifications in Interior/Industrial Design.
Experience: -3+ years in high-end furniture design, architectural millwork, or interior architecture (not general interior design).
Portfolio Requirement: Must showcase technical drawings for manufactured furniture (e.g., joinery details, assembly diagrams, material callouts).
Technical skills
Software: AutoCAD (advanced), Revit SketchUp/3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite.
Structural integrity of wood/engineered materials.
Ethiopian timber species properties and sourcing constraints.
CNC machining limitations and efficiencies
