Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers upon arrival, provide information on available services, and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Manage the scheduling of vehicle service appointments, coordinating with mechanics to ensure efficient workflow.

Communication:

  • Serve as the liaison between customers and garage staff, relaying messages, updates, and any required information.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer details, service history, and payments.

Billing and Payments:

  • Give receipts using the cash register machine, Receive or handle customer payments, and manage any related billing inquiries

Phone Management:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring timely and clear communication.

Office Administration:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, managing correspondence, and ordering office supplies

Customer Follow-Up:

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-service issues.
