Duties and Responsibilities

• Visit a minimum of 25 outlets in the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) per day.

• Verify the company’s promotion activities are in place and effectively executed.

• Conduct product merchandizing and marketing in visited outlets.

• Implement stock replenishment strategies.

• Work on Order Generation in key outlets.

• Conduct market surveys.

• Assess effectiveness 5P strategies in the visited outlets.

• Collect feedback from retailers and consumers.

• Send Daily, Weekly and Monthly promotion reports to the immediate supervisor.

• Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.

• Promote Gaullac infant formula products to healthcare professionals;

• Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to inform healthcare professionals about the benefits and features of Guallac products.

• Provide training and support to pharmacy staff on Gaullac products.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and seminars related to infant nutrition.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies while promoting products.

• Maintain accurate records of promotion activities and customer interactions.

• Discharges other duties and responsibilities as may be required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in pharmacy or nutrition, or any Other field.

• Strong knowledge of infant nutrition and formula products is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
