About the Position
Tamra for Social Development (TSD), in partnership with Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), is launching a pilot Case Management project in Wondogenet Woreda. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GBV Case Worker to oversee the overall case management process at the One Stop Center. This is a critical role aimed at ensuring high-quality, survivor-centered services and robust data management within the pilot intervention area.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Provide comprehensive, one-on-one survivor-centered case management, including intake, assessment, safety planning, and follow-up.
Facility Integration: Oversee the case management process within the One Stop Center, ensuring all services meet international standards.
Data Protocol: Manage and secure GBV data protocols, ensuring strict confidentiality and accurate reporting.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct survivor satisfaction surveys and safety audits to improve service quality.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to both the One Stop Center Head and the TSD Project Manager.
Coordination: Actively participate in the practical Case Management training scheduled for May 18–22, 2026 in Addis Ababa.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education: University Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a related Social Science field.
Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Gender-Based Violence (GBV) programming.
Specific experience in Case Management and MHPSS is highly desirable.
Previous experience working in a One Stop Center or clinical setting is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English and the local language of Wondogenet Woreda is mandatory.
Skills: Proactive personality, high ethical standards, and a deep understanding of PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) principles.
