Job Summary

Help Generation (HG) is a women-led NGO. The GBV Response Officer provides case management and psychosocial support (PSS) to vulnerable women and survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). You will oversee Women's and Girls' Safe Space (WGSS) activities and manage community mobilization and awareness-raising campaigns. 

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Law or with related field of study

• Trained in IASC GBV Case Management

Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience.

• Experience in psychosocial support and women’s empowerment.

Duty Station: Afar(Erebti Koneba and Dallol)

Languages: English is mandatory and local language (Afar) is an advantage.
