The gm will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all business operations while ensuring efficient resource utilization, sustainable growth, and continuous organizational improvement. The role involves establishing robust management systems, enhancing operational effectiveness, driving performance excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork across all functional areas.

1.    Educational background

⏵    Master’s degree in business administration, management, educational leadership, curriculum development, project management, or a field directly related to the company's core sector.
⏵    Preferred priority: candidates possessing a dual academic background (business/management combined with education), or those with an executive management background who have successfully led educational institutions, will be given strict priority.

2.    Work experience

⏵    A minimum of 10 to 15 years of total professional experience in institutional management.
⏵    Proven track record of leading share companies and/or private limited companies
⏵    Minimum of 5 to 8 years in a senior executive leadership role.
⏵    Demonstrated expertise: proven competency in capital market laws, corporate governance, strategic planning, and shareholder relations management.
⏵    Performance & references: verifiable history of successful institutional change management
⏵    Practical execution: direct experience in pioneering institutional restructuring, change management frameworks, and organizational structure design.
⏵    Required relevant professional certifications & trainings
