Purpose of the position

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and business development.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, from fleet management to customer service.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and improve profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with transport, logistics, and safety regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Implement operational efficiency initiatives, including cost control and process optimization.

  • Mentor and develop department heads, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
