Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee overall day-to-day operations across Production, Quality, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain departments.

• Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new international and local buyers, negotiating pricing, and managing customer relations.

• Ensure factory profitability, effective cost control, budget management, and timely delivery of high-quality denim products.
  Maintain and enforce occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, labor laws, and international buyer social compliance standards.

• Review and evaluate periodic financial, production, and quality performance reports to make timely operational improvements.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Garment/Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
  

Required Work Experience

• 8 years and above (of which at least 4 years in a senior management role in an apparel/ garment factory) and deep knowledge of Denim (Jeans) production, quality control, international compliance standards, and market conditions.
