Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, or a related field with relevant work experience.

Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in manufacturing and automotive garage/service management, with at least 4 years served in a senior executive or general management role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction for all integrated manufacturing plants and garage/automotive service operations.

• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring high production efficiency, strict quality control, and excellent customer service delivery across all units.

• Manage the supply chain, machinery maintenance, raw material procurement, and spare parts inventory for both manufacturing and garage services.

• Lead human resources management by coaching department heads, setting performance KPIs, and fostering a high-performance organizational culture.

• Monitor financial performance, manage corporate budgets, control operational expenditures, and maximize overall profitability.

• Build and maintain robust professional relationships with key stakeholders, government regulatory bodies, and major corporate clients
