Job Summary
- The role of the General Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the overall activities (Operational and financial) and personnel of Association towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Manages and controls financial resources i.e., payments & receipts of the Association. Provides financing services, such as loan, deposit, & insurance service to the members. Participates in the preparation of the plan of the Organization
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Cooperative Management, Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within this 2 year for senior position in the related field.
- Experience in SACCO is an asset.
Reports to: Board Chair person
