Job Requirement

• Education: BSc Degree or above in Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Material Engineering, or related field
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in dam and/or hydropower projects

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of soil mechanics and rock mechanics
• Experience in geotechnical investigation, dam foundation analysis, and site supervision
• Proficiency in geotechnical engineering software (e.g., GeoStudio, PLAXIS, Rocscience)
• Ability to analyze and interpret geotechnical data and technical reports
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
