Job Requirement

  • Education: BA or BSC/MA or MSC in Management, Accounting,  Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.

  • Experience: Eight/seven years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years as Grade 4 city Branch Manager/ Grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Good knowledge of insurance products & services.

  • Acceptable marketing & selling skills.

  • Team building skills.

  • Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

  • Written & spoken English language proficiency.

  • Excellent computer skill.

  • Having CII certification is an advantage.

Salary: As per the Company scale
