Main Responsibilities

• The Graduate Trainee – Safety Program is designed to develop young professionals into competent and proactive Safety Officers. Through structured mentorship, practical exposure, and technical training, the program builds capability in hazard identification, risk control, and compliance with ISO 45001 standards within a modern brewery setup.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Support the implementation of the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System across all departments.

• Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and workplace inspections.

• Conduct safety observations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Assist in organizing and facilitating toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety awareness programs.

• Ensure compliance with safe work procedures

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and reporting safety performance data for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills 

• B.Sc. Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study.

• Fresh Graduate

• Demonstrated passion for safety and continuous improvement.

Required Differentiating Competencies

• Strong communication and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent technical and process knowledge

• Drive results and deliver

• Planned, focused, keen observer and organized
