Alfa Digital Solutions aims to deliver customized and innovative digital marketing solutions to various clients. In doing so, our company is looking for a passionate and self-directed Digital Marketer Professional with graphics design capability to join the team we are building. The Digital Marketer is responsible for designing content, managing social media accounts and running overall digital marketing activities of the company. Additionally, the digital marketer is tased with implementing digital marketing campaigns and will be responsible for executing the campaigns and tracking results.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Brainstorm with operations manager and rest of the team to develop brand Identity representations for Alfa’s digital platforms (digital posters, promotional mockups)
Develop mockups and other designs to be used to promote Alfa Digital solutions
Transform concepts to Graphic design to fit in to print and digital marketing solutions required by clients.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company brand identities.
Preparing rough drafts of material based on brainstormed ideas
Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy across various channels, including social media (e.g., TikTok Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and marketplaces), email marketing and SEO
Manage and optimize social media presence, building a strong online community and fostering customer engagement.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for Alfa’s website to nurture leads and drive sales.
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
The DM should develop content calendars based on the strategy document
The DM is responsible for copywriting for social media accounts (Textual contents, Captions, text and email marketing, etc…)
The DM should follow up accounts and draft analysis reports every month
The DM should communicate with the team to come up with marketing methods and understand concepts
The DM should be available in the chosen communication channels
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management (additional graphics and content design training is a plus )
Experience: At least 2-year direct experience in a digital marketing and graphic designer position.
Experience in planning and development of digital marketing strategy.
Experience in implementing digital marketing activities.
Experience in taking roles for digital marketing and working in teams in a collaborative and consultative manner.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills--demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse staff.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines in a timely way with attention to detail and quality.
Excellent English written and oral communication, as well as basic computer skills.
