The Graphics Design Officer assists his/her manager, responsible for creating visual content for a wide range of media, including digital, print, and multimedia. The Graphics Designer will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to design materials that reflect our brand identity, engage our audience, and enhance the user experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and design a wide range of visual content, including but not limited to social media graphics, email banners, website visuals, infographics, digital ads, and print materials.

• Develop brand visuals and concepts that effectively communicate the company’s message and values.

• Ensure consistency in design elements and brand standards across all media.

• Maintain and develop the company's brand identity, ensuring all designs adhere to established guidelines.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new design guidelines or refresh existing branding as necessary.

• Prepare and optimize designs for both print and digital formats, ensuring high quality in both outputs.

• Work with external vendors, including print shops, to ensure final products meet the desired specifications.

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project scope, objectives, and messaging.

• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and technology.

• Implement creative solutions that align with market trends and resonate with target audiences.

• Organize and maintain a repository of design assets, including logos, graphics, and templates.

• Ensure all files are labelled, archived, and accessible to team members as needed.

• Performs other similar activities as may be assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc in Graphics Design or related fields of studies

• Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience

• Terms of Employment: For definite period of one years
