• Educational Qualification: BSc in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering  or Construction Technology Management

• Work Experience: 4 years as Senior  Building Maintenance Engineer or equivalent or 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Head, Building Maintenance Section or equivalent or 10 years relevant experience
