Position: Office of HRM Department

Reports to: The Office of the Brewery Department

Supervises: Clinic Staffs

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Clinic Head is responsible to Promote and protect patients’ health. work with a variety of patients and provide direct nursing care along with physical or physiological support when required and also responsible to coordinate and lead all clinic staffs.

1. Identify Patient care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them.

2. Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support.

3. Provide first aid support for an injured or sick employee.

4. Resolve or report on patients needs or problems.

5. Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks to monitor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature. provide drugs and injections etc

6. Monitor and record patients’ condition, injuries & illness and document provided care services

7. Treat medical emergencies.

8. Provide high-quality patient care.

9. Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.

10. Working closely with the safety team, proactively prepare safety precautions and Materials as required.

11. Develop programs to maintain the health and safety of the plant team.

12. Identify work-related risks.

13. Follow care regulations and standards.

14. Work within and corporate with a multidisciplinary team.

15. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Position Requirement

• Academic requirement: MSC/BSC in nursing or any health related fields

• Work experience: 4/6 years of experience

Additional Competencies :

• Proven Nursing experience.

• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.

• Compassionate with good communication skills.

• Excellent teamwork skills.
