Job Purpose

To lead the strategic and operational human resource functions, ensuring ETICPA attracts and retains high-caliber staff to meet its vision of becoming a globally recognized professional body

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Management, Business Management or with related field of stud

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience for BA and 8 years for MA degree, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.

• Quantity Required: 1

• Contract Type: Full-time for one year with possibility of extension based on the performance

• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• Salary: World Bank Funded Projects' Pay scale

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and manuals that align with ETICPA's mandate.

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment pro process, ensuring a competitive hiring process based on minimum qualifications.

• Performance & Advancement: Implement a performance-based system for annual salary increments, ensuring staff achieve in reviews for advancement.

• Compensation Management: Manage the standardized salary scales across the Support Staff). four distinct groups (Special Advisors, Technical Professionals, Project Staff, and Support Staff)

• Compliance: Ensure all HR actions comply with national labor laws, and Directives issued by interim governing council.
