ICT Service Head maintains and ensures continuous improvement of the ICT service catalog; Ensures the development of service level agreements and operational level agreements for all services in the catalog; Manages ICT service requests, ensuring compliance with agreed governance processes and workflows.

Job Requirements

• Required Minimum Level of Education: From a recognized university/college first degree & Second degree in Software Engineering/ Management Information Systems/Computer Science/ Information Technology / Information Science or other related field of study

• Required Minimum Experience: 9/10 related work experience, out of which 3/4 years respectively in a supervisory or /senior expertise position Or 7/8 years related work experience, out of which  2/3 years respectively  in a supervisory or  senior expertise position
