Job Requirement

• Qualification: BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience: 8+/6+ years of relevant  experience in related filed ;3 years’ experience in leader ship level ,in ceramics or cement plant preferred

 Required Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems and industrial automation is an advantage
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
