We are currently hiring on behalf of our client 

Duties & Responsibilities:

🔹 Ensure full compliance with all applicable Ethiopian capital market laws, regulatory directives, and internal policies of iCapital Investment Partners.
🔹 Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to minimize regulatory risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
🔹 Monitor regulatory changes and advise the Firm’s leadership on necessary adjustments to policies and operations.
🔹 Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
🔹 Lead the preparation and submission of compliance reports to the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA).
🔹 Oversee and provide guidance to employees on compliance-related matters, ensuring all staff understand and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
🔹 Serve as the primary point of contact with regulators, handling all compliance-related inquiries and inspections.
🔹 Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to foster a culture of integrity and regulatory awareness.
🔹 Investigate and resolve any compliance breaches, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
🔹 Collaborate with legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance and governance

Job Requirements

👉 Qualifications
1️, A minimum of five (3) years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in risk management, compliance, control, or legal affairs.
2️, A bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
3️, Strong familiarity with financial sector laws, regulations, and directives is mandatory.
