AM Business and Investment Group PLC is seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Finance to lead its Group financial function. The role combines financial control, treasury management, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and serves as the central safeguard of financial integrity across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of financial records and monthly financial statements across all divisions
• Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and budget-vs-actual reporting
• Serve as final authority on cash control, payment approvals, and treasury management
• Manage banking relationships, foreign currency allocation, and Letters of Credit
• Establish and enforce internal controls, segregation of duties, and regulatory compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support investment and capital allocation decisions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) highly desirable
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including multi-division or group structures
• Strong knowledge of the local tax, banking, and regulatory environment
