ALLIED ENERGY PLC is a registered company in Ethiopia undertaking a unique investment in a modern and the safest way of supplying LPG gas. The company is the first in Ethiopia to import bulk LPG gas using ISO containers all the way from U.A.E. The company imported a brand new LPG storage tanks with a capacity of 500KG, 1000KG and 2000KG and will be offering 10,000KG, 15,000KG up to 30,000KG of LPG storage tanks including all the necessary equipment for installation. The company also provides LPG gas in 6kg, 12kg and 50kg cylinders. 

Allied Energy PLC is also the first company in importing bulk Argon gas to Ethiopia using ISO tanks which make us to be consistent in refilling any kind of cylinders in our modern filling plant located in Dukem City.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employment law and they will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, develop performance evaluation system, annual and other leaves handling, termination, and compliance with labor regulations.  The main responsibilities to be handled are listed as follows: 

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan

• Manage the recruitment and Selection Process 

• Support the business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Capital 

• Maintaining HR record and database 

• Oversees and Manage a performance appraisal system 

• Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement 

• Maintain pay plan and benefit packages 

• Assess training needs and monitor training programs 

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management 

• Ensuring workplace safety compliance with health regulations

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration/ Psychology or related fields 

• 3-5 Years’ experience in Human Resource Manger’s or similar roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
