We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (Head of Property) to lead the management, maintenance, and optimization of our property portfolio. This role will oversee all aspects of property operations, ensure compliance, and drive value across our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all properties, ensuring smooth tenant relations and occupancy.

• Lead property maintenance, facility management, and service contracts.

• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rental income streams.

• Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop strategies to maximize property value and revenue.

• Lead and mentor the property management team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.

• Proven track record in property/facilities management (X+ years).

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of property laws, compliance, and financial reporting.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
