Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire procurement function for construction projects.

• Develop procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize costs and efficiency.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, budget, and construction project requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in procurement, with strong experience in the construction sector.

• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.

• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contracts, and construction materials.

• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
