Job Summary:- The Head of Solution Development is responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise digital solutions that support Kerchanshe Group’s digital transformation, automation, and paperless enterprise initiatives. This role plays a critical leadership function in driving AI-enabled automation, enterprise system integration, and digital productivity solutions across the Group’s multi-sector operations including manufacturing, export, trading, logistics, and agriculture. The position ensures the development and delivery of scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise solutions that support end-to-end business processes by connecting ERP systems, digital applications, mobile platforms, data analytics, and workflow automation tools. The incumbent will lead the development of AI-enabled automation, paperless business processes, and digital platforms that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enable data driven decision making across Kerchanshe Group. This role is also responsible for ensuring seamless integration across enterprise platforms, enabling a unified ecosystem where ERP, business applications, analytics systems, and digital platforms operate as a single integrated enterprise solution.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Solution Strategy and Innovation

• Develop and implement a solution development strategy that supports Kerchanshe Group’s digital transformation roadmap.

• Lead initiatives focused on automation, AI-driven solutions, paperless operations, and enterprise productivity platforms.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digital innovation and process automation.

• Promote adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, workflow automation, low-code platforms, and intelligent analytics solutions.

Enterprise Application and Solution Development

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise digital solutions that support business operations across the corporate group.

• Ensure applications support end-to-end business process automation and enterprise productivity.

• Oversee the development of internal systems, digital platforms, mobile applications, and workflow automation tools.

• Ensure all developed solutions align with enterprise architecture and digital governance standards.

Enterprise Systems Integration

• Lead the development of integration frameworks connecting ERP systems with other enterprise platforms including business applications, data platforms, and external services.

• Ensure seamless data flow across systems to create a unified digital ecosystem across the organization.

• Develop and manage API-based integrations, middleware services, and automation pipelines.

• Support the creation of “one integrated enterprise platform” where ERP acts as the core system integrated with all supporting applications.

AI, Automation, and Paperless Operations

• Lead initiatives that promote AI adoption and intelligent automation across business processes.

• Drive the transition toward paperless operations by implementing digital workflows and document automation solutions.

• Implement solutions for business process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and digital document management systems.

• Develop tools that enhance decision-making through AI-assisted analytics and predictive insights.

Solution Architecture and Technology Governance

• Establish standards for enterprise solution architecture, system scalability, and secure development practices.

• Ensure solutions follow best practices in system design, integration architecture, data governance, and security frameworks.

• Maintain strong alignment between technology solutions and business strategy.

• Oversee system performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability of enterprise applications.

Team Leadership and Capacity Development

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, application engineers, and digital solution specialists.

• Build internal capability in modern development frameworks, AI tools, and enterprise solution engineering.

• Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

• Ensure efficient allocation of development resources across digital transformation projects.

Business Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• Translate operational requirements into scalable and integrated digital solutions.

• Support senior leadership in implementing enterprise productivity and digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership for cross-functional digital transformation projects.

Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Performance

• Ensure all developed solutions undergo robust testing, quality assurance, and security validation.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to system development and integration.

• Maintain high standards for system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering ,Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Management is strongly preferred.

Additional certifications in the following areas are advantageous:

• Artificial Intelligence or Data Analytics

• Cloud Architecture

• Enterprise Architecture

• ERP or enterprise system implementation

• Automation technologies

Experience

• Minimum 8 years (BSc) or 6 years (MSc) of progressive experience in enterprise software development, digital solutions, or enterprise systems engineering.

• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing software development or enterprise solutions teams. Proven experience in:

• Enterprise application development and system integration

• Digital transformation and business process automation initiatives • ERP integration and enterprise platform development

• AI or data-driven enterprise solutions

• Delivering digital productivity platforms in complex organizational environments.

Technical Competencies

• Proven expertise in delivering enterprise digital transformation initiatives including automation, AI enabled systems, and integrated digital platforms.
