• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Operation or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present the juice and salad bar offerings, and guide customers on portion sizes, toppings, and dressings.

• Lead the front-of-house service at the juice and salad bar, ensuring prompt seating accurate order taking, and timely delivery of prepared items.

• Assist with menu knowledge, daily specials, allergen information, and customization requests; relay orders to kitchen or prep staff as needed.

• Monitor juice bar presentation and cleanliness; ensure display stations are well-stocked, labeled, and appealing.

• Enforce portion control, pricing accuracy, and up-to-date signage for items and specials.

• Collaborate with the kitchen, juice bar, and sanitation staff to maintain smooth flow during peak hours.

• Support servers and prep staff with tasks during busy periods, including clearing tables and replenishing supplies.

• Performs other job-related duties as required by immediate supervisors
