Job Summary:

The Highschool Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality instruction in their assigned subject area. The teacher creates a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, and the holistic development of students.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or in a relevant subject area

• Master's Degree is preferred

• Valid teaching certification or license, where applicable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years of teaching experience (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience teaching the Cambridge International Curriculum.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.

• Assess, record, and report student progress regularly.

• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.

• Prepare instructional materials and learning resources.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices.

• Perform other duties assigned by the school administration.
