Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional certification in hospitality management is an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or administration
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proven experience managing daily hotel operations and supervising staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations
Supervise and manage hotel staff
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Prepare budgets and manage financial reporting
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Financial management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems Fluency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory
Fluency in English and Amharic is required
