Job Requirements

Education:

• Minimum Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.

• Labor-law or HR practice training is preferred..

Experience : 

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant functional, business-unit or professional experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial responsibility.

 Salary : - As per the company Scale

•  HR administration, personnel records, attendance control, recruitment support, appraisal coordination, labor-practice awareness, confidentiality, supervision, staff communication and office administration.
