We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR exposure who understands the basics and is ready to grow into a stronger HR professional. You’ll be the backbone of HR admin .

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, shortlisting CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview documents

  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases

  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees

  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents

  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data

  • Track employee leave, attendance, and probation periods

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines

  • Support performance management, training coordination, and staff development activities

  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary

  • Assist with disciplinary processes and documentation under supervision

  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience

  • Basic understanding of labor law and HR practices

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic HR systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
    SALARY: 13900 gross
