HR and Admin Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment Support: Assist in expanding local recruitment channels, screen resumes, organize interviews, and maintain talent pool;
2.Payroll & Attendance Management: Be responsible for employee attendance tracking, calculate salaries in compliance with local regulations, and ensure timely salary disbursement;
3.Employee Relations: Handle onboarding /offboarding procedures, coordinate to address employees' daily inquiries, and mitigate basic labor dispute risks;
4. Administrative Coordination: Assist in meeting arrangements, document filing and office logistics support, and liaise with local basic administrative affairs.
5.Other tasks which is assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
2.Good English, Amharic and Oromiffa  language skill (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
3.Proficient in Microsoft office software. 
4.Familiarity with Ethiopian labor laws and regulations preferred.
