We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Executive Team and Board of Directors on all talent-related decisions, organizational structure, and compliance risks.
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's mission and future growth plans.
Define and manage the overall HR department structure, goals, and metrics.
Directly manage and control the entire HR budget, providing regular reports and
forecasts to the executive team.Ensure all compensation practices are fiscally responsible, competitive, and compliant.
Establish, implement, and enforce all company HR policies, ensuring rigorous compliance
with all federal and local labor laws.Handle all escalated legal and regulatory matters concerning employees and HR operations.
Oversee and maintain all official HR documentation and records.
Design and lead the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring the hiring process supports current needs and future capacity.
Develop and manage performance appraisal, career development, and succession planning programs.
Oversee the administration of the company's benefit programs, including annual enrollment and vendor management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive, hands-on experience in Human Resources Supervisor role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct supervisory or management capacity, overseeing HR staff and complex departmental operations.
Proficiency with HRIS.
Strong knowledge of current labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
